Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 888cuci ("888cuci", "We", "Us", "Our", "Platform"), an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://888cuci.cam. These Terms govern your use of the 888cuci website, mobile interface, and all associated services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 888cuci platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full without reservation. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on the 888cuci platform, through which all gaming, betting, deposit, and withdrawal activity is conducted.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or reward points credited to a Player's Account by 888cuci, as distinct from real-money deposits.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required by 888cuci to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment ownership before processing withdrawals.
• "Platform" — the 888cuci website (https://888cuci.cam), its mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming and sportsbook services.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law and where 888cuci does not offer its services.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total betting turnover a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Game Rules" — the specific rules applicable to each individual game or sporting event available on the Platform, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the 888cuci platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which your account remains active.
2. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
3. You do not reside in a Restricted Jurisdiction as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.
4. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
5. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 888cuci, nor an immediate family member of any such individual, unless explicitly permitted by 888cuci in writing.
6. You are not registered in any self-exclusion programme, including any programme operated by 888cuci or any third-party responsible gambling organisation.
7. You are not opening the account for the benefit of a third party or using funds that are not genuinely and lawfully yours.

888cuci reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, and any funds held in the account may be frozen pending investigation.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) account on the 888cuci platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. You agree to keep this information current and accurate at all times.

KYC Documentation

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any point deemed necessary by our compliance team, 888cuci will require you to complete a KYC verification process. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, or CIMB account displaying your name).

888cuci will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24–48 hours. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient to satisfy our compliance requirements.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 888cuci will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately secure your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

Acceptable Use of the Platform

By accessing the 888cuci platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You further agree that you will not:

• Access the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or use any technical means (including VPNs, proxies, or anonymising software) to circumvent geographical restrictions;
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as a betting exchange or facilitating third-party wagering activity;
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise unlawful via any communication channel on the platform;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server, or data associated with the 888cuci platform;
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure, including through the introduction of malware, denial-of-service attacks, or similar techniques;
• Use automated scripts, bots, or algorithmic betting tools in a manner that constitutes an unfair advantage or abuse of the platform.

Deposits & Payments

888cuci accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of locally familiar payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 888cuci does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• FPX and bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes, subject to bank processing times.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following sufficient blockchain confirmations, generally within 15–30 minutes depending on network conditions.

Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time through the Withdraw section of their account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 888cuci account.

Processing Timelines

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval;
• DuitNow instant transfer: typically processed within 5–30 minutes;
• FPX / Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours during banking hours;
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20): typically processed within 15–60 minutes, subject to blockchain network conditions.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before real-money withdrawal of associated funds is permitted.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review if they trigger our automated anti-fraud or anti-money-laundering systems. In such cases, processing may take up to 5 business days.
• 888cuci reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual transaction patterns.

Bonuses & Promotions

888cuci offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, free bets, and VIP loyalty programme benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion is available to one (1) account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times (wagering requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated on each offer page.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings subject to an active wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until the requirement is fully met.
• All bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will automatically expire as per the stated timeline. 888cuci reserves the right to remove expired bonus funds from accounts without notice.
• 888cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without notice. Any promotions in progress at the time of modification will be honoured at the original terms, to the extent reasonably practicable.
• Where 888cuci reasonably determines that a player has exploited or attempted to exploit a bonus offer in bad faith, we reserve the right to void Bonus Funds, void associated winnings, and restrict the player's account.

VIP Programme

The 888cuci VIP loyalty programme comprises six tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond. Tier classification is determined by monthly wagering turnover. Cashback rates, withdrawal processing priority, and other tier-specific benefits are described on the VIP Programme page. 888cuci reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, cashback rates, and programme benefits at any time, with notice provided to affected players where reasonably practicable.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 888cuci platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market and form part of this Agreement by reference.

Sports Betting

888cuci's sportsbook covers a wide range of sporting events including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, NBA, UFC, and other international competitions. The following conditions apply to all sports wagers:

• Odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds in effect at the time of bet confirmation are binding.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), 888cuci reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds, irrespective of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Live in-play bets may be subject to a short delay in acceptance during high-volume events. 888cuci is not liable for any losses arising from delayed bet acceptance during live markets.
• All betting markets are subject to event-specific rules. In the event of match postponement, abandonment, or force majeure, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules.

Casino & Live Dealer Games

All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical results of each hand, spin, or draw as observed through the live video stream. 888cuci does not interfere with game outcomes under any circumstances.

In the rare event of a technical failure during a casino or live dealer game session, the hand or round in progress at the time of disconnection will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's standard technical failure policy. 888cuci is not responsible for losses attributable to player-side connectivity issues.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 888cuci platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds in the account (including real-money balance where applicable), and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or creating fraudulent accounts for any purpose;
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity or to otherwise conduct financial transactions in violation of anti-money laundering laws;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players, dealer employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Taking advantage of known bugs, glitches, or miscalculations in games or betting markets. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be void;
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated tool to place bets or make gaming decisions in a manner not permitted by the specific game rules;
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers or odds discrepancies in a manner designed to extract guaranteed profit without genuine sporting risk;
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with payment providers after gambling activity has taken place.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 888cuci platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 888cuci or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written authorisation of 888cuci.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888cuci, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party payment processing failures, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate odds, statistics, or information published on the platform, to the extent such inaccuracy is promptly corrected upon discovery;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any nature, whether or not 888cuci had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 888cuci's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Responsible Gambling

888cuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players on our platform. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools are available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when set and may only be increased after a cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable reminders that alert you after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary break from gambling, ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which your account will be restricted from all betting and gaming activity;

Account Suspension & Termination

888cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a third-party responsible gambling programme;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, 888cuci reserves the right to withhold any real-money balance pending investigation. Where no fraudulent conduct is established following investigation, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and wagering-requirement-encumbered funds) will be returned to the registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of final verification checks.

Amendments to These Terms

888cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players by email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. For non-material changes, we reserve the right to update these Terms immediately and without advance notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at https://888cuci.cam/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the following resolution process:

1. Internal Review: All disputes must first be submitted to 888cuci's internal complaints team via the official support channel. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 business days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the complaint to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures prescribed by that authority.
3. Final Jurisdiction: In the absence of a satisfactory resolution through the above channels, any remaining dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this clause shall prevent 888cuci from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with the enforcement of its intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
